Pastoral Care & Chaplaincy

The School Chaplain is Mrs Dana Bagnall and she offers pastoral care to children, staff and families as well as co-ordinating daily, weekly and termly School Worship.

School Worship includes a daily morning assembly, a Service for the beginning and end of each term and special events such as the annual Carol Service and Harvest Festival. The chaplaincy team also includes Canon Carl Turner (Cathedral Precentor) who regularly visits the school, together with other members of the Cathedral clergy.

Parents, friends and family are always warmly invited to join the school community at school services, details of which are published in the termly calendar, "This Week at ECS" and the ECS newsletter.
